First Day of Freedom / Revisited
All my pictures taken in Cuba were in black and white (you figure it out). And from this time on, they are going to be in color. So "I'm not in Kansas anymore"...not exactly "but-not" in Arkansas anymore...that's for sure!
I was sent to Fort Chaffee since May 18 of 1980, next day of my arrival to USA. Yes, I was there when "the fires" and the KKK rally, and everything in between, but those were the least of my life memories events occupying my mind that morning when this picture was taken. June 2nd of 1980 was the day I visited New York for the first time. And here I'm...still loving it.
