Cedric van Eenoo's modestly sized monochromatic canvases reduce painting to its most crucial essence. Within the constraints of minimal color and form, van Eenoo has obtained a profound freedom of creativity and process. The abstract expressionist-influenced brushwork is an exploration in texture and nuance, emotion and meaning.
