Henry Klimowicz's exceptional exhibition Method for Proceeding continues through November 10. Do not miss this fascinating installation of large pieces spanning 12 years of Henry's work in cardboard, glue and light. If you have already seen the work, we encourage you to come back at a different time of day. Morning light creates pattern on our gallery floor. After dark, the display goes from the inside to outside, worth a walk or drive by.

Anthropocene Drifter: Paintings and Sculptures by Zachary Skinner

Anthropocene Drifter is an exhibition of paintings and a large interactive sculpture installation depicting the dystopian point of view of a nomad living in a future ecosystem that has been all but destroyed by climate change. Zachary Skinner’s dark depictions are balanced by a brilliant use of color in his paintings and a whimsical, sometimes humorous, always thoughtfully constructed use of mixed media in his sculptures. Paintings and sculptures support one another in the telling of this fictional journey of the Anthropocene Drifter.   View press release here. Rain Drawing by Susan Walsh. Gouache on Yupo paper Susan Walsh embraces nature as a way of marking time through observable changes in natural phenomena. Charcoal, gouache, wind, rain, sea water and paper become her  co-collaborators in the exploration of time through multiple concepts of chance, control, chaos and entropy resulting in poetic transformations on paper.    View press release here. Join us for the opening of Nancy Cohen's installation Hackensack Dreaming, which will be on display through November 5th. Cohen's installation transforms the gallery and explores fragility, perseverance, and the new realities produced by the collision of the human and natural worlds. Opening Reception: Wednesday, September 7thfrom 6-9pm.
